Schedule notes
Salary schedule from the Galena teachers' collective bargaining agreement, July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028. The schedule has no year label; it is shown as 2025-26, the first year of the agreement. Bachelor's = B column (steps 0-12), master's = B+54/M column (steps 0-15), doctorate = D column (steps 0-19). Most of Galena's enrollment is the statewide IDEA homeschool correspondence program, not students in Galena itself. Teachers at the in-town schools (GILA/SHS) get a $4,000-$5,000 differential; teachers past the last step get a 1.5% 'in lieu of step' increase.
