Steps B-Z (step A has been retired; steps do not necessarily equal years of experience). Bachelor's = BA lane, master's = MA lane, doctorate = PhD/Ed.D lane. Other lanes: BA+15, BA+30, MA+15, MA+30 (to $81,640) and MA+45 (to $82,640). 210-, 230- and 260-day contracts are paid more by a formula on the schedule.
