Master's figures are base plus the $4,300 master's or 36-credit increment, and doctorate figures are base plus the $6,100 doctorate increment; both are calculated from the Article 39 increments. CAGS pays $5,500, and National Board pays $5,800 ($6,500 with a master's). Service increments run from $1,060 at 12 years to $5,750 at 35 years.
