Burlington Education Association agreement 2025-2028, Appendix A (FY27, 2026-27). Lanes BA, BA+15, BA+36, BA+51, MA, MA+15, MA+30 and BA+66. Bachelor's figures are the BA lane (steps 1-8); master's figures are the MA lane (steps 1-13). The MA+30 lane runs $83,781 to $113,151 over 16 steps. No doctorate lane.
