The printed schedule lists cells below $50,000 (bachelor's steps 0-4 start at $46,810; master's step 0 at $49,465), but it states those staff are paid the $50,000 LEARNS Act minimum, so those steps are shown at $50,000. Bachelor's = Bachelor lane (ends at step 21); master's = Bach+36/Masters lane (new hires since July 2024 need a master's for it). Master+12 runs to $70,360. No doctorate lane is listed.
